Agencies will be assigned into mixed tactical pods of approximately 25 participants for the duration of the scenario days to facilitate interagency integration and shared operational command.

VENUE, HOTEL & PARKING
MATRIX 2026 takes place at the legendary Universal Studios Hollywood backlot. MATRIX & Universal will provide transportation from the Sheraton hotel to the lot and back daily.

03. ZERO HARASSMENT TOLERANCE
Zero tolerance for harassment, discrimination, or unprofessional behavior of any kind. Violation of this code will result in immediate removal from the event without refund.
