MISSION
WHAT IS MATRIX
MATRIX 2026 is a four-day, multi-agency training exercise that puts law enforcement, fire, rescue, EMS and HazMat on the same scene, so they learn to close the gaps between them before a real incident does.
The Scenario
A global diplomatic summit in Los Angeles, its delegations lodged in a secured International Quarter. Then three independent terrorist cells strike at once: an active-shooter pair, an IED bomber with 12 devices, and a nerve-agent drone operator.
The Training
16 hands-on stations on Universal's European Street, run by the experts who build the tools, plus classes and training in the soundstage. Small groups, and every attendee works every station.
The Insight
Every agency finds overlapping evidence on the same scene: blast victims with agent exposure, shooting victims beside live devices. Resolving it takes all of you, working together.
